What if my project is bigger than Growth?
Choose Custom and reach out via the portal or email — we'll scope a custom engagement together and invoice the agreed price.
When am I charged?
Starter and Growth are paid at checkout when you submit your brief. If you cancel before the build starts, we refund you in full. Custom work is invoiced after the scoping call.
Who owns the code?
You do. We hand off all source files, assets, and documentation. No lock-in, no retainer required.
What tech stack do you use?
We default to Next.js, TypeScript, and PostgreSQL — but we adapt to what your project needs.
How do I communicate with my engineer?
Through your portal dashboard. Every project gets a dedicated thread with direct engineer access.
Do you do government integrations?
Yes — assessment databases, permitting APIs, GIS layers, and legacy system connectors are our specialty.
